Cancellation and Refund policy

When booking or purchasing a service through In-Line K9, You agree that: 

 

  • If service is cancelled by the client, without a minimum of 24 hours notice, a £10 cancellation/missed appointment fee is charged. This must be paid in advance to the next session should it be arranged for a later date, alongside the full service price. 

       This is not applicable to customers who have                           purchased the session in advance to their booking date

 

  • In regards to bulk purchased package sessions or services, this service is no longer refundable after the Initial Consultation has taken place.

  • All purchases are final and no refund will be issued 

  • Inline-k9 can terminate services at any moment for any reason. Including but not limited to: verbal abuse to staff or others; physical abuse to staff, others or their animals; discrimination of any variety pertaining to gender, religion, sexual orientation, ect. 

       This will also lead to a permanent ban from acquiring              services from the company in the future. 

  • Inline-k9 reserves the right to cancel and rebook appointments due to adverse weather conditions such as heat waves, floods, but not limited to these.

  • Inline-k9 reserves the right to cancel if you dog is not fit and well upon the day of training.

  • Inline-k9 reserves the right to end a session early should the dog show any signs of stress, Sickness or not coping in the surroundings
